Good location next to M5, easy to find.

Hotel need lots of updated, lots of works to do. Our room the floor is wobbling and toilet flush button broken. The door needs replacement and better lock secure. Air conditioner is not working either.

Staff friendly and polite. Value for money good Clean and comfortable

Road noise Room too warm even with heating off so unable to close window to reduce noise.

Cheap and cheerful, great location and clean.

Bed is quite hard. Cleaners are ridiculously loud of a morning meaning my 3.30ish return from work is disturbed just a few hours later with shouting in the corridors. Doors slam (there really must be a way to put better hinges on or something!). This time I stayed there was a third of the car park sectioned off for some film crew - parking was a nightmare and everyone was bailing out. Its always bad enough parking there as it is

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel served a proper english breakfast. It was close to a couple of major supermarkets and cafes. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and even the slightest movement on one side of the bed was felt on the other side of the bed.
