Location

Beds were terrible and stains all over carpets. Everything very outdated such as furnishings and chair at desk was broken. Valet did not help with luggage.

Lots of cool Things inside building

We couldn’t control the air , phone didn’t work to call for help with luggage to get a cart . Bed was not comfy but most of all . We had to pack our luggage up a flight of stairs . I have had back Surgery . Took us walking down a back alley . Very ridiculous . Was not happy . Front entrance was not in working mode . 😖

The location is wonderful. We had a great view. The building itself is in great shape to be as old as it is.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, our room was not ready until after 4 pm. Once we got to the room, the beds were smaller than expected, the walls are super thin, the air unit was not working as it should have, the bathroom door would not stay shut. One of the elevators was down. We used the valet service and had to enter the building through an alley and through the staff back door due to an event in the square.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bes I’ve slept in.

Location was perfect for our trip. Within one mile of the event location. The walk was easy

There was no conditioner in the shower.

Staff at bar and restaurant were great, thanks Matt for looking after me

Rooms a bit dated
