For all Non-Members- A usage fee of $20.00 will be added to your folio upon checkout. You will receive complimentary WIFI, access to the Health & Wellness Center. Overnight Valet Parking available for a $50 per night/per vehicle charge. Valet Parking not available during some city wide events. Please note that Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, 3PM the day prior to arrival, are subject to a additional fee no greater than one night's room charge unless otherwise stated by contract. - This policy excludes the Indianapolis 500, NCAA Basketball Tournament Events, NCAA Football Events, NBA Events, and NFL Events. RESERVATIONS FOR THESE EVENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Please note all credit card transactions will be assessed a 3.0% convenience fee.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
