La ubicación es buena, el hotel no se ve en excelentes condiciones y el personal es rato, a veces amable, a veces nada amables
Todo muy bien.
No destacaria nada a favor. Se trata de un establecimiento mal cuidado y con un olor horrible. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación.

Aunque el hotel tiene unos años, es la tercera vez que me hospedaba en él, está en buen estado de mantenimiento. Me pareció que está bien cuidado. No me gustó el hecho de que al llegar a recepción, me dirigiera en euskera a la persona que nos atendió, y no tuviera una mínima formación como para, al menos, responder al saludo en el idioma autóctono del Baztan. Creo que hay que cuidar ese tipo de detalles.

Un buen hotel y bien situado para visitar el valle del Baztan
Instalaciones en general muy viejitas pero todo limpio y cuidado. Se nota que el hotel tiene años pero para dormir una noche más que suficiente y muy correcto. Muy tranquilo integrado en la naturaleza. Muy bien comunicado. El personal de recepción muy amable. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la ducha y en compensación nos invitaron a desayunar a nosotros y a la pareja que viajaba con nosotros. Es de agradecer.
