Rooms were clean and the location was great. Breakfast was pretty good.

Pool was not open. The water was hot sometimes other times it was luke warm at best. Worst thing is I was double charged for my stay. Still waiting to see if I get that money back or if I am going to have to contact the fraud department and have my debit card and account frozen. Also maids only service rooms every three days and I would have to hunt down a maid to have trash emptied to get towels coffee ect. That being said the maids were super friendly and helpful. 9th

The clerk and Mgr. Seemed helpful.

The linoleum flooring in the room was folding up on all corners, you could see baseball sized lumps under the bedspread. The pool was down and according to the registration clerk, had been out of order for some time. The elevator was also closed. I even looked at a second room and found the same. I refused to stay there.
