Guests may request either a double bed or twin beds, using the comments box on the booking form. However, please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Please note that in case of early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged and it will be nonrefundable. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Below are the conditions and characteristics of the pets that are allowed In the establishment. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome. An additional charge of EUR 40 per pet per day applies, with the concept of a bed for the animal, food and a toy. The pets that are admitted to the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two animals per room. The pet will not be able to stay alone in the room. Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order. Appropriate behavior of the pet that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and they will not be able to access the pool or garden areas, the rooftop, the restaurants or the Spa area. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact the accommodations. All paid with American Express and have a surcharge of 2.3% of the total. The hotel reserves the right to use the rooftop or any other space within its premises for the occasional hosting of private events. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing any inconvenience. "Een goed hotel op een zeer goede locatie. Het is alleen geen 5 sterren waard."

Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Niets was teveel gevraagd. Wij hadden problemen met iets in onze kamer en zijn dit op een beleefde manier gaan melden. Ze hebben toen direct iemand gestuurd om het op te lossen, maar toen ze dit niet klaar kregen hebben ze ons zonder problemen een andere (betere) kamer gegeven. Daarna ook een technische ploeg gestuurd om het probleem grondig aan te pakken. Vonden wij toch een pluspuntje. De kamers zelf zijn mooi, ruim en bezitten alles wat je nodig hebt. De fitness die er aan is is ook zeker voldoende. Wat wij nog een grote troef vonden? Je kan er met je huurauto héél makkelijk en gratis parkeren op een grote parking ernaast. Iets dat wij in Ibiza niet vanzelfsprekend vinden.

Bij aankomst moet je een waarborg van 300EUR betalen voor de kamer via creditcard. Iets dat wij vrij apart vonden om te doen. Onze douchekop in de kamer hong vol vieze kalk & er stond schimmel op de muur van de douche. Niet iets dat je verwacht van een 5 sterren 'luxe' hotel met zo'n hoge waarborg..Maar zoals hierboven vermeld is het personeel er wel prima mee omgegaan. Verder is dit iets dat steeds terugkomt in het hotel: alles ziet er mooi uit, maar veel plekken zijn slecht onderhouden, zijn slecht afgewerkt of missen wat liefde. Ook de wifi werkt maar matig. Op je kamer valt het nog mee, maar op andere plaatsen valt die vaak weg. Over veel zaken zou ik doorgaans niet zo streng zijn, maar wél wanneer je jezelf profileert als een luxueus vijfsterrenhotel — én daar ook de bijhorende prijzen voor aanrekent. Prijs kwaliteit vind je in onze ogen beter in Ibiza.

"Muy buen hotel"

Las instalaciones son maravillosas, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias y luminosas.

El personal de recepción no nos atendió como se esperaría de un sitio de esta categoría, muy poco amables. El resto de personal muy atento y amable, desde los conserjes (mención especial a Vicente) hasta los camareros.

--- The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean, and the breakfast is very good. The staff is also very kind and friendly. The only issue is that the phones don’t work, so you can’t call the reception — you have to go downstairs for any request. Also, if you order something, it takes quite a long time to be delivered.
