Buena ubicación. El check in fue muy fácil y rápido. El lugar no tiene grandes lujos, es simple pero cumple con lo necesario para descansar

Staff was friendly and attentive

Really nice hotel clean room freindly staff, within walking distance to the town center. Good food all around and entertainment I was able to see the carnaval from my room in the 3rd floor.

Excellent service good people there is a restaurant there a/c and heating works great I love it

There was a leek in the restroom and floor was wet

Hotel is terrible , The room conditions are not sanitary , restroom was not clean , The blankets had stains on them . The hotel overall was disgusting and I ended up booking a hotel stay at another location that was more comfortable and sanitary.

Better cleaning and update the room but service its great thank you

very nice location near all touristic areas. staff is nice

The restroom was dirty the shower had hairs in it microwave was dirty when we first opened the sink water it came out black and smelled like rotten eggs

Appearance could be better and the noise coming from the cars at night too loud.
