Broken shower head holder in the handicapped room we chose (for its location only), made for difficult use in aiming and performing hands-free showering. You had to use 1 hand continuously on the wand and wash with the other hand. Promised Queen size bed did not appear to be a Queen bed and was located jammed against outside wall. Floor was dirty, which showed up as black lint off feet when showering against the white shower pan. Online booking price was very high, I expected better at the price quoted. Staff was friendly and apologetically polite but could only offer a paltry $50 credit off for the room, upon checkout.
