Lovely and friendly, very clean and tidy, breakfast fab, close enough to walk to the town/ lights, I would definitely book there again

Fantastic welcome, delicious breakfast. Family of six enjoyed a lovely weekend at this hotel and made to feel really welcome. Tram stop at the end off the road to all the facilities you need. Would definitely use this hotel again for the price.

Joanne and tony are great host and nothing is to much trouble for them. The hotel is very clean. It has tv and tea and coffee making facilitys in room. This hotel is like home from home large sitting room with tv there are books and games for kids and a bar if you want a drink and relax. You dont get these home comforts in the bigger hotels. Large selection at breakfast a full english, cereals, toast, tea, coffee, fresh orange and juices. Would highly recomend to anyone who likes there comfort. At the larger hotels you are one of many so they cant give attention to detail like joanne and tony do.overall fantaatuc stay

Hotel staff /owners very welcoming ,friendly and helpful , was there for 4 days the only thing that let it down was comfort and size of bed and bunk beds not very sturdy and bathroom needs updating as taps leek and shower not that great also could hear next room when they walked around and when they used there bathroom. Overall lovely stay and would go back in the future as the family that run it were fab .

Stayed over the bank Holiday weekend and had a fantastic time,would definitely stay again the owners were lovely and very friendly and everything was perfect.breakfast was included and very good.close to the seafront with excellent transport links and lots of free parking availablec close to the hotel as well.a nice quiet hotel on the North Shore area only a five minute tram ride into the centre of Blackpool.10/10
