Our stay at the Meliá Granada was very pleasant. The Level Terrace has beautiful views overlooking the Alhambra and the Cathedral. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided exceptional customer service. We would like to recognize the porter Alejandro who was very helpful not only with our luggage but suggestions for our first day of sightseeing, and always with a smile; Andrea and Alexandra at The Level lobby who were very welcoming; and Andrea & Karen at The Level Terrace (where we had breakfast every day, and snacks in the afternoon) who were exceptionally attentive and kind. We highly recommend the Meliá Granada!

Melia was initially recommended, booked and paid by my daughter following her earlier visit to the city in April with her family. Hotel is in the heart of the city centre. Closed to all tourists attraction. Rooms were larger and both hotel and the location are cleanly environments. Overall is a great place and value for money.
