Location, and the Christmas decorations and Hot chocolate bar was a very nice surprise

Our Tv didnt work in our room and the front attendant was not able to figure it out either

The room was clean and the breakfast had a good assortment of items. Location to attractions was convenient.

The gym equipment needs to be updated. Although it was clean, the hotel seems a little tired. Time for an update. Also, as like a lot of hotels, housekeeping for rooms is every 2 days. What happened to daily cleaning, changing towels, making beds?

Wonderful cozy atmosphere, great location and friendly staff. Nearby is the village of Old Mystic, where you can shop and buy souvenirs.

A small minus. Unfortunately, there were no regular potatoes on the morning menu. In most hotels, you can get fried potatoes without herbs, spices, or meat additives. However, in this hotel, the potatoes were only with herbs, I have an allergic reaction to herbs, so I couldn't have a full breakfast.

This is the second time I have stayed there. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The price might be a little more expensive than other places, but it is worth it, to be able to feel safe and welcomed.

Your basic Hampton, free breakfast. The outside was very unique. Not the usual brick and mortar. We were only there for the night. Adequate and clean. The drive uptown was short and easily accessible.
