Really nice and cozy. Great hosts, great location. They also had NFL red zone on the TVs which was really nice for a Sunday evening in!

The location is great.

There is near zero sound isolation between rooms in all directions. If you stay here, stay on the second floor; as someone who stayed on the first, it sounded like a granite-heeled orc was staying above us. The door kept slamming to go outside, the orc was stomping around (just walking normally, I’m sure)…it was a loud night. The food in the morning lacked serving utensils. The bathroom sink was spraying water because the sediment filter hadn’t been cleaned enough. Such an easy fix that no one had cared to fix in months/years—This little thing was an example of our stay: they just don’t care enough.
