the beds were comfy and staff were very accommodating when booking a taxi for us

the room was freezing all night, only one small mirror in the bathroom couldn’t get ready well because it was small/bad lighting

This is a hostel for housing drug addicts do not be fooled by warm welcoming Pictures, I checked out within minutes of checking in..

The bed was quite comfortable.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, I found the room to be very dirty, with dust and dampness present in multiple areas. There were also dead centipedes on the carpet, as well as spiders and woodlice, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. Additionally, the room did not have Wi-Fi access, despite this being clearly advertised on your website. This was particularly frustrating, as it was one of the reasons I chose your hotel. Overall, the reality of the accommodation did not match the pictures or description provided online. I feel misled and very disappointed with the experience.

Clean/ good central heating, hot water and staff are very nice

Area far from central, i can hear my neighbors in the next room from inside my room .
