Der Swimmingpool Und unser Apartment- dass war sehr geräumig und in der küche war wirklich alles was man braucht Doch für unsere Verhältnisse, wir gehen gerne frühstücken und essen im Urlaub darum hatten wir nichts zum kochen mit. Ich habe frühstück vor ort dazu gebucht und bezahlt, 77€ für einmal, nein danke, als wir dass gesehen haben lief ich sofort zur Rezeption und wollte mein geld zurück. Der MA meinte in einer stunde kommt der Kollege ( ich bekam von dem netten herren an der Rezeption dann dass geld retour) Er war sehr nett, alle anderen fand ich sehr unfreundlich und nicht als einladende Atmosphäre. Außerdem mussten wir für unser Zimmer 100€ Kaution bezahlen, die wir noch nicht retour bekommen haben ( ich komme auch aus der gastro, normalerweise müsste man beim check in freundlich erwähnen dass eine Kaution zu bezahlen ist von 100€ und diese wird erst 5-7 tage nach abreise zurückgegeben.) Alles in allem würde ich nicht mehr kommen. Sehr schade!

Really cute playground for kids in front of the hotel. The swimming pool was very nice as well Great value and location.

The restaurant was closed during our stay which is usually not a big deal, but since the next restaurants are a bit further away we ended up cooking ourselves

geräumiges sauberes Apartment mit neuem Bad

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre gesehen. Im Eingangsbereich kommt einem ein strenger Geruch entgegen. Der Lift ist auch nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Wollte einen früheren Check- in und habe zu diesem Zweck den Anbieter Kontaktiert worauf ich nach England verbunden wurde…. dieser nur englischsprachige Herr konnte mir auch keine Antwort geben und hat mich endlich nach Schladming verbunden. Dort wurde mir allerdings gesagt dass dies ohnehin nicht möglich ist. Wäre eine kostenfreie Stornierung möglich gewesen hätte ich diese in Anspruch genommen.
