Good stay

When I approached the front desk there were two people working. One looked to be counting the till so I went to the other. She asked “how can I help you” I said we were checking she then went back to typing on her computer without acknowledging me for about 4-5 minutes. Then she looked at the other guy counting the till and asked what was wrong. He explains he’s a $1 short. She then proceeds to walk over to him and help him with still me standing there. A few minutes later she then has him continue to check me in. It was 10 pm at night after driving for 4 hours and my family was tired. About 10 minutes later, finally all checked in. Got to our room and it was 55 degrees in there. We stay here often but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The staff was amazing. The woman who did breakfast was amazing.The shower was not good. The beds were comfortable. The worst part was seeing an older man pee in the pool drinking fountain rather than walking inside to use the restroom.

We liked the location. It was easy access to dining, wineries and shopping.

Disappointed with Lack of Support for Cancellation Despite Long-Term Hilton Membership I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the lack of assistance I received regarding a recent cancellation request .As a loyal Hilton Honors member for many years, I expected better understanding and flexibility, especially given my longstanding commitment to the brand. Despite explaining emergency situation the hotel refused to accommodate my cancellation request, even though I reached out well in advance . This rigid policy, without any consideration for loyal members, is both surprising and frustrating. I have always valued Hilton’s reputation for customer care, but this experience has left me questioning my loyalty. I kindly request a reconsideration of my case or an explanation as to why exceptions cannot be made for dedicated members. I hope to resolve this matter amicably and would appreciate your prompt attention. Looking forward to your response.

Convenient for our needs. Nice accomodations with free parking, breakfast. Water, outdoor pool.

Excellent in every way

Breakfast was really good and the location of the property was perfect

The pool was down and when traveling with 3 kids the pool is VERY important. Kinda screwed the day up because the pool was gonna be the buffer between the day and night events. We went to the museum, went to lunch and then the hotel. Once we checked in we immediately changed and went downstairs to a padlocked pool…..kids were pissed.
