We are recurring guests at the Ramada Jerusalem, and every time we visit the city, this is our hotel of choice. Our experiences have always been excellent, which is why we keep coming back. The hotel offers outstanding facilities, making it a great choice for both families and business travelers. The rooms are very nice, clean, and cozy, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. If you're considering an upgrade, the Executive Rooms are absolutely stunning and well worth it, offering an even more luxurious and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and always available to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist make every stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The breakfast is truly outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. It's one of the best hotel breakfasts we've experienced and something we always look forward to. The convenient onsite parking is another major advantage, making arrivals and departures completely hassle-free. Overall, the Ramada Jerusalem consistently delivers an exceptional experience with beautiful and comfortable rooms, outstanding service, excellent facilities, and fantastic dining. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next stay.

פקידת הקבלה לא היתה נעימה

חדרים נקיים. מרווחים. נעימים. חדר אוכל מצויין. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מגוונת ומכל טוב.

המיקום מרוחק. חייב מוניות להתנייד. אין שרות מוניות למלון. וכל נהג מונית שמזמינים גובה מחיר מופקע. השמור לתיירים בלבד. יודעים שמגיעים לחופשה ולכן מנצלים את המצב. המלון חייב להחזיק שרות הסעות ו/או הסכם עם חברת מוניות.

שהיו שעות בבריכה בהפרדה ומעורב.

חדר אוכל מאכזב!! שירות חדרים מאכזב, לקח זמן עד שענו. הזמנו בערב אוכל מהבר , היה מאכזב, כולל השירות שלו. גם האוכל שם לא היה טעים, והגיע קר.
