לא עונים לטלפונים שום מחלקה כולל קבלה . רק בטחון. אין שירות חדרים ואין אפשרות להזמין מאכל כלשהו . הרעש של המכוניות בתוך החדר בלתי נסבל 10 ערוצי טלויזיה בתקופה של היום זה לא הגיוני .לא קיבלנו שום הדרכה בעניין חדר בטחון
