I stayed at SNS for 3 days and nights and truly enjoyed my stay. All the staff were very polite, professional, and helpful, especially with luggage assistance. I really felt like a VIP guest throughout my stay. Special thanks to Hotel GM Ms. Lily, who personally followed up on every single request of mine. Her attention to detail made a big difference. The room, restaurant, and all public areas were super clean, which made the experience even more comfortable and pleasant. It was a wonderful and memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, huge and comfortable. The swimming pool was good, but there aren’t enough pool lounge chairs. The hotel organized a beach party for the New Year countdown. It was very nice!

We requested an extra bed at the time of reservation, but never received a response. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed confused and did not understand our request. Some members of the reception staff do not know how to properly manage situations. We also requested the shuttle service to drop us off at another nearby location so we could have dinner with friends. We requested a pickup at 10:00 pm, and both the receptionist and the driver confirmed this time with us before we left. However, the driver did not show up. We were with our children and waited until 10:30 pm, after repeatedly trying to contact the hotel by phone without any answer or return call. No one from the hotel contacted us to inform us that the shuttle would not come. As a result, we had to call a Grab/taxi after staff at the other location informed us that this service was available in the area. We were not aware of this option; otherwise, we would not have requested the shuttle service, which is more expensive than Grab. Note: The shuttle service wasn’t a courtesy, we had to pay 16 MYR per person.
