Room is spacious, breakfast good, swimming pool nice.

I waited 2 hours for check in, their reason was previous guest request for late check out, then delayed the room cleaning. But 2 hours waiting with kids, it's really frustrated. Booked for a garden view but I got it with very limited view, 30% only at the end of garden, 70% jungle view.. Better to book sea view for next time. Small lift, waited longer for peak hour.

registration during check in, no table during breakfast, short of staff to clean & topup food, flies everywhere, no iron in the room, we call for more than 3 times for staff to send the iron but they gave us the faulty & cannot be used. pls improved!

i liked the besch view

Outside the room, there were dry leaves that were not swept, which made the area look unclean. The extra bed was rusty, and the underside of the mattress had torn and worn-out fabric. There were also monkeys trying to get into our room, which made the stay feel less safe and uncomfortable. At the breakfast area, the food selection was not as wide as it used to be (I have stayed here two times before). Also, when items ran out, they were not refilled quickly, which was quite disappointing.
