We stayed at this hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. Positives: The staff were attentive and genuinely tried to help whenever issues arose. Their effort to accommodate us was appreciated.

Negatives: We booked a family duplex room with a pool view, but had to change rooms three times. The first room’s air conditioning didn’t work on the upper floor; the second had mold on the whole wallpaper; and finally we were offered either a premium deluxe with private garden (but only one bed) or an interconnecting room with private garden. We chose the interconnecting option. Basic amenities were missing: no hand towels (we had to request them), and the garden bathtub’s shower was leaking. Facilities were disappointing: the private beach was not clean and had a lot of trash, the game rooms were closed for maintenance, only 4 of the 6 dining options were open, and the spa was also closed for maintenance. Despite the staff’s efforts, the repeated room issues and poor condition of facilities made this stay far below expectations. It was not a good experience, and I would hesitate to recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Breakfast was good although i expected a lot more choices.

I put a remarks in the booking as a honeymoon stay and got replied from the hotel stating they take note of it. However, i was left quite disappointed as i entered as theres no single decoration. I did not put hope but since they replied so they gave me the hope that there will be some decoration. The balcony outside limits the movement so we did not use it at all.

Room was spacious and nice but the pillows were quite hard.Outdoor bathtub was unique with nice hot shower.Beach was clean.

The facilities and hospitality is not up to 5 star and pricey.Staffs are not friendly and not helpful with our luggages.Very pricey breakfast but limited variety only like 3 star hotel.They charge extra for every adult in the room with breakfast charges.Not a place to come back after first visit.

- Terrible food, very expensive - Bar by the pool has only low quality highly over priced drinks - Extremely rude and uncooperative staff. They make you feel like they're doing you a favour by taking your business Strongly recommend find some other place to enjoy your break/vacation.
