Location was good. Close to sights and shopping in Franconia and the sound of the brook at night was pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed here a few years ago in one of the small motel rooms and it was old but clean and well maintained but my room in the "lodge" building this year was not very clean and in very poor condition. fridge and microwave tripped the breaker. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like an airplane motor. There was no floor in the cabinet under the sink! Just an opening through the ceiling of the room below! No washcloths. Centipedes in bathroom. Was not old my room would be on the second floor and stairs were steep and difficult for me.
