"Beautiful property, but needs improvement"

My room was clean and fresh. However the aircon started leaking and flooding the place. The food needs a major overhaul, its horrible. Its either bland, overcooked or too salty. Often drowning in some kind of gravy. The property is beautiful, but if one stays there for more than two days, it may be better to eat out. Hot breakfast options are limited. The service was extremely slow on this particular visit.

The place is beautiful and clean. The view through the window and the food is/was amazing.

It waited for over 25minutes for a cocktail. Apparently the blender was broken. Surely such an establishment should have spare equipments.
