The rooms are very spacious

The noise levels were unbearable — there was a party very close to the hotel that went on until 3am on both nights, and we were unable to sleep. When we raised the issue with management, there was no meaningful assistance or attempt to make our stay more comfortable. We also requested a late checkout due to the ongoing disturbance, but the hotel was not accommodating at all. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and handled poorly by management.. to sum it all. We couldn’t sleep because of noise levels.
