Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort

The experience was fabulous The hotel is a hidden gem, providing high value for money, very clean, very hospital staff, food was beyond expectations. Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud from the front office, before our arrival I felt his hospitality and how he was keen on settling us to the best rooms in the hotel, he was doing his best to fix the AC problem. Mr. Abdelfattah head of the beach restaurant and Chef Moustafa head chef of the restraunt they were beyond expectations and accomodating my daughter's Gluten free diet. Chef Ahmed on the pizza station was beyond excellent. Chef Ibrahim Hassan on pasta station. The whole staff were very welcoming and smiling and always looking after our comfort. And ofcourse Mr. Sherief Khairy the Duty Manager was welcoming us and making sure that everything is comfortable every morning at the breakfast.

La barriera corallina,le stanze datate,il fatto che non ci sia l'all inclusive,il cibo troppo speziato , mancanza di animazione e pochi negozietti... oltretutto tenuti male

Tutto. Il giardino con i fiori curatissimo. La cucina. Le piscine. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La pulizia.
