The staff was awesome, aways pleasant and helpful! We also arrived very tired and did not have to wait for a room, which was appreciated. Clean, pleasant stay and nice breakfast. Great location, walking distance to everything. Would stay here again, if we return.

"No brainer this the perfect one"

Perfect location and staff was provided excellent customer service Giuseppe, Mariana and Cienza went above and beyond for everything

"Fantastic hotel with heart."

We had a lovely time in the hotel. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Location is perfect to reach everything and still not too noisy. Breakfast was delicious and always plenty of everything… even shortly before closing time. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

There was absolutely nothing we would say that would need to be changed.
