So I will first state that I am a trans woman. I came to the hotel for a vacation to see family and friends in Florida. My experience was going well during my stay until I ran into a staff member who decided to misgender me to my face and also to other guest. I felt very disrespected and upset by this happening. For over 300 dollars a night I expected better from you Hilton. For that price I could have stayed at other properties that have respected me and my identity in the past. Please do better with training your staff to be bigoted on their own time and not while working.
