Super top tout neuf ! 4 fois meilleur que le mercure qui se trouve à côté .

Chambre côté arrière de l’hôtel. Réveil a 6h du matin car camion décharge des bouteilles, certainement le petit déjeuner et autre repas. Bruyant, déchargement qui dure plus de 45 minutes et donc impossible de se rendormir. De ce même côté de l’hôtel, les employés y fument, par beau temps fenêtre ouverte vous donne l’impression d’avoir une chambre fumeur. Chambre propre mais decu car tranquillité à revoir

Concrètement cet hotel a ete entièrement refzit, agrandit et passe de 3 à 4 étoiles. Excellent accueil. Belle chambre ultra moderne. Literie exceptionnelle. Un grand parking gratuit. Une solution restauration avec grand choix. Remise de 20% chez Del arte à 30 m et 10% chez Léon.

Arrived late. The staff very helpful and we were given the last room on the hallway, 14 or 15. The bathroom shower stall did not have a curtain and showering would have splattered water all over. I didn’t therefore shower. On leaving, I did notice that as the other rooms were being cleaned and the doors were opened, all had a nice enclosed bathtub. Obviously we were given a handicapped accessible room but luckily we aren’t handicapped. This happened twice during the trip (Nhow in London).

Extremely rude bar person/receptionist. My husband went to buy a drink from the bar. The bar person who was also the receptionist just sat there and would not acknowledge him . Then rudely said I’m coming when he politely asked if she was serving . Then continued to extremely rude. Very poor customer experience.

Stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our tour. The staff didn't seem to want to help, everything seemed to much trouble. We ended up eating in restaurant next door which wasn't great, as they said they only had one chef and he couldn't cope with 5 of us eating at once. Christ my mum used to cook for 6 no problem. The bar shut early not great when not much about. I left my special pillow there and was told it was £60 to post back to me which seems rediculous. Not great customer service, rooms are OK.
