Las camas son cómodas y todo muy limpio. La habitación es de buen tamaño.

No había secadora de pelo en el baño. Poca flexibilidad y atención para atender una situación de último momento. Reservé 2 habitaciones y mis padres no pudieron llegar por causas de fuerza mayor, y aunque comprendo que no era reembolsable, hubo poca flexibilidad o atención del personal para empatizar con la situación. Aunque yo di muchas opciones, siempre fue un no rotundo a todas y nunca salió un gerente o encargado a hablar conmigo. Creo que el servicio al cliente puede mejorar en ese sentido. Fue un poco incómodo que al subir las escaleras al primer piso estuvieran haciendo remodelaciones de pintura ya que los elevadores tardaban muchísimo y las reparaciones bloqueaban la escalera.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, además de que la ubicación es super centrica, justo enfrente de Parque Fundidora, y a 10 min del centro de Mty. La atención del personal es excepcional y no entregaron la habitacion mucho antes del checkin ya que ya estaba lista. Eso les da un un super Plus extra en customer service.

No encontre nada que no me gustara del alojamiento. Es muy buena opcion si quieres una estancia relacion costo - atención - comodidad en Monterrey.

Excelente ubicación frente al Parque Fundidora y Cintermex

Le falta sabor al bufet del desayuno, fuimos varias veces y probamos varias cosas y en gral estaba muy insípido
