Nos gustó la habitación, muy cómodas las camas y muy limpio. También el restaurante muy buena comida, así como su terraza. El personal de limpieza muy amable así como algunos del personal que nos ayudaron a subir y bajar maletas.

El elevador no servía y como nos tocó en el 3 piso, llevábamos a una persona mayor que no podía caminar. Estacionamos nuestro vehículo en los estacionamientos frente al hotel, hicimos llamada y avisamos con tiempo que si nos podíamos quedar ahí en la entrada, debido a que llevábamos un vehículo algo viejo y batalla para agarrar subidas, aparte de que llevabamos a una persona mayor. Las de recepción nos comentaron que no había problema. Para el segundo día de nuestra estancia un señor del valet parking llamado Héctor nos dijo que si había problema al dejarla frente al hotel y nos dijo que teníamos que mover el vehículo debido a que nos podían multar los del tránsito. Fuimos a preguntar en las oficinas de tránsito comentándoles la situación y nos dijeron que no tenían porque multarnos los de tránsito debido a que estábamos estacionados en espacios que eran del hotel, no de la calle, ni tampoco estábamos en línea amarilla. Al final el gerente también nos quería correr alegando que nos pagaban la mitad del estacionamiento, cuando regresamos comentándoles lo que nos cobraban, se lavaron las manos y no nos quisieron dar la mitad como habíamos quedado. Ya para nuestra salida el elevador no servía y no tenían personal para bajar las maletas, mi familiar que es un adulto mayor tuvo que bajar las escaleras desde el 3er piso, según esto nos iban a mandar al personal a ayudarla a bajar las escaleras. Nadie acudió. Siempre vamos a este hotel todos los años, pero siempre tenemos problemas con el vehículo para estacionar. Estén al pendiente con el gerente y con algunos del valet parking
