It was clean.

There were no curtains to completely block out the morning sun. The hotel failed to provide the pillows we had requested a month ago and when they did they left the room unlocked.

We were in West Jefferson, NC for the weekend. The hotel had easy access and easy parking. Great place to stay! The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, most importantly the bed slept well.
