Tolle Lage und super Personal, jeder Mitarbeiter war sehr Hilfsbereit und sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Domingos hat uns geholfen Restaurants und etc. zu reservieren. In der Früh wurde sogar von dem zweiten Info Mann geholfen bei Europcar anrufen. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's close to the Waterfront, just two blocks from the seaside, a great area for walking. The staff was very hospitable. I especially appreciated the tips from Domingos — they were very helpful during my visit to Cape Town and will be useful for future trips as well.

We had a lovely room with a courtyard patio. It’s intimate and the staff are very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful . Breakfast choice is varied and included hand made yoghurts, breads and cheeses, trout from self service and then you can order eggs such as omelettes or poached eggs with avocado- fantastic quality 😃. Easy to get Ubers for around £4 although you can walk to Waterfront .

Not really an issue but worth knowing that the hot water took a few minutes to come through.

Sehr sauber und modern. Lage ist gut und sicher. Parkplatz fürs Auto.

Beim Personal gibt es leider erhebliche Unterschiede. Die dort arbeitenden Männer waren durch die Bank super freundlich, serviceorientiert und hilfsbereit. Die Damen, insbesondere die Dame die das Frühstück kocht, war sehr unfreundlich. Sie war nur mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt und hat nicht einmal ein „Good Morning“ erwidert. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Etwas mehr Auswahl bei der Auflage, wäre wünschenswert.
