"Stains everywhere, Disappointing."

Stains everywhere: On the bedding, chairs in room, all over the carpet and walls. Curtains falling off. Mattresses literally hard as rocks. Fan in bathroom broken, steamed up whole room after a shower. Never stayed in a hotel with stains everywhere. The room we were given wasn’t what was pictured on website, not the hotels fault though. Thought the bedroom/sitting area were separate and for the money they should have been. Would have booked elsewhere much nicer for the price. Won’t be back.

Our stay was just lovely. The staff were great! Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were so comfy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning…. Delicious! A big plus!!! There was air conditioning

Great experience! Room was great, bed so comfortable! The employees were very helpful. Was a quick cab/uber ride to downtown, a little over 10 minutes. Across the street is a mall where you can get anything you may need. Enjoyed our stay!

Room was great, loads of space and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic, standard hotel options but cooked really well. Would stay here again if back down around Galway.

Angelina and Aoife in reception were really friendly and genuine. Lana and Sunshine on the maintenance team were great. Xeno (?) in the bistro was helpful. Lots of nice, helpful people.
