Claims they are 4 star but have NO Iron for guests. Beach is advertised as private beach for the hotel but beware it's NOT!. Swimming pool isn't run by the hotel and again, advertised as part of the hotel and it's NOT!. Extra fee required for pool and beach. Get your own toiletries as hotel provides 25ml shampoo/shower gel a day per person. It seems they are a super tight budget hotel. You are better off with an AirBnB since they provide literally NO SERVICE of their own. Breakfast: Enough choice but it's just basic for an acclaimed 3 or 4 star hotel. Goodluck sleeping on the rock solid beds. There are 2 venues just by it too who play super loud music 3 times a week usually till 3am. Either you join them, or no sleep. You are better off with an AIRBNB accommodation than this hotel which provides very minimal service. Most of their receptionist are rude and dont like to be asked questions. TRY ELSWHERE!

Posizione fronte mare, ma non ha un lido tutto suo. Siamo andati al lido Naxos 1 ombrellone e 2 sdraio 30€ al giorno

"Personal excepcional, hotel maravilloso"

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente a pie de playa, habitación grande, cómoda y espaciosa. Todo muy limpio. Desayuno tipo buffet, variado, con cocina al instante de platos calientes. Pero quería destacar al personal, tuvimos un problema médico y fueron diligentes, humanos y muy atentos. Destacar la atención del Sr Rosario, Felice y Rosa María, pero también del resto de personal, que a nivel vacacional, hicieron que todo fuera perfecto, pero cuando nos encontramos con este problema médico, superaron con creces toda la atención. De todo corazón, gracias.

Mi feleségemmel töltöttünk el egy hetet, nagyon barátságos kiszolgálás, és a környezet a strand közelsége is kiválló. Sok vásárlási és szórakozási, étkezési lehetőseggel, igazi SIciliai hangulattal.

La proximité avec la plage. Malheureusement, très peu de plage publique.

L'accueil froid et (très) peu avenant. Obligation de réserver pour accéder à la piscine. Insonorisation inexistante. Boîte de nuit de plein air, sous les fenêtres de l'hôtel.
