Music in hotel public spaces was great! Hotel position, views, beach .... Great!

Water pressure in room shower was appalling. I understand management whish to save water but reducing the pressure to minimum is not the best course of action. Shower will be shorter with regular water pressure.

La seule chose à retenir c’est la vue et l’accueil. Les employés sont adorables heureusement. Le buffet est correct.

Plusieurs points importants, les photos booking ne correspondent pas. C’est un mélange de vieux hôpital ou maison de retraite. L’établissement est vieillissant, c’est tellement dommage : - nuisance sonore insupportable (gros problème de plomberie un bruit fort lorsque les voisins prennent leurs douches) - mur sale, traces, déchirures ect.. - sol moquette pas rassurant déchirures, tâches - plafond ancien dégâts des eaux même pas repeints.. - lit double ? Non deux lits simples coller ou alors un lit double minuscule - salle d’eau vieille +++ wc vieux mécanisme , douche joint noircis, rideau douche déchiré et sale, pas de meuble.. - les communs une catastrophe, sale, des objets de piscines sous l’escalier un vraie bordel, des bassines de partout signification de fuite - balcon nul, porte fenêtre en alu qui grince et qui force En clair pas du tout à conseiller. C’est la déception de notre séjour.. il faudrait refaire un bon coup de frais !

Hotel jest odwiedzany przez nas od kilku lat. Rok w rok jeździmy tam na tygodniowy urlop. Niestety z roku na rok jest coraz gorzej. Widać że wlaściciel nie inwestuje w to miejsce. Szkoda bo hotel ma ogromny potencjał.

We stayed at Hotel Arkada and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Special praise goes to Gordana from the restaurant, who always makes sure the tables are impeccably clean and tidy – a true example of professionalism. Also, many thanks to Marijana at the reception for her kindness and warm welcome, as well as to Marina, the hotel manager, who truly ensures that guests feel welcome. One of the things we especially loved is that the hotel is pet friendly. It meant so much to us that we could come to Hvar with our dog and not leave her at home during our holiday – she enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. However, one thing slightly spoiled our impression – every night until late hours, certain hotel staff members made unbearable noise, entertaining themselves after working hours at the poolside bar, which made it quite difficult to sleep and rest. We believe that this will be regulated and that it will not happen in the future, and then the experience would be almost perfect. Overall, Arkada is a hotel I would recommend for its excellent staff, pleasant atmosphere, and pet-friendly policy, with just a small suggestion to minimize evening noise so that the rest can be complete.

I went on weekend getaway. Had a wonderful stay at Arkada hotel. They have a great pool and lovely staff at the reception.

Pet friendly, but for real. Gordana from the restaurant was especially friendly and efficient, really nice to see something like that. Manager Marina was very helpful, too.

Látvány, tengerpart, ellátás - tökéletes.

A szobára ráfér a felújítás. Pl. 1 db hálózati dugalj volt csak. Fürdőben egyáltalán nem volt.

A perfect place to rest. Service, rooms, food, proximity to the Old Town will make your vacation perfect. Excellent bicycle tour from the Old Town to Vrboska and Jelsa. If you don't have your own bicycles, you can rent them at affordable prices.
