"Simply amazing"

Every little bit of our stay at Cortile di Venere was wonderful. Extremely clean hotel, amazing staff...always smiling and ready to help you and delicious breakfast. It was also a plus to have the hotel in such a central location! will definitely go again!

"Good enough I guess"

6.0

It was kind of a loud neighborhood. We were not able to get a good nights rest. And it was hard to find. The receptionists were helpful and nice.

"This year disappointment"

6.0

We stayed at Cortile di Venere last year and then we spent one night there. It was a good experience, that is why we decided to choose this hotel this year for one-week stay. Unfortunately, this time we were rather disappointed. The room we had was rather dark (with window facing the wall and a little sunshine) but the most annoying thing was humidity in it. Our towels never got dry. Although the bathroom was well-furnished, it smelled unpleasantly. To be honest we couldn't get asleep because of mosquitos. We were also a little disappointed with breakfasts: the choice of food was not as varied as last year and sometimes there was not enough e.g yoghurts for each guest. There wera also problems with wi-fi. On the other hand, the location of Cortile di Venere is great, especially when you travel by car. A big public parking is next to the hotel's entrance and is cheaper than parkings in the city center.

"Good and traditional"

10.0

I'm not a boy and I like to stay in a comfortable places as Cortile di Venere B&B is. I found it very good also for the room (very good cleaned) and for the location of it....in a very traditional courtyard of the historical centre. We breathed the original and traditional experience of Trapani. Another thing not to forget....breakfast excellent.

"super"

10.0

Hi friends, I'm from Eindhoven and I spent four fantastic days in Trapani and at cortile di venere. I enjoyed the very nice room newly furnished with its good bathroom. Breakfast was very good and we ate a lot!! the very best of breakfast were the cakes and the local cheese... my girlfriend liked also the jam and the local ham and bread.

"Solid B&B..."

6.0

Well, this one is not really bad, if you arrive by train in Trapani (is anyone really doing this besides me ?). It's about 5 minutes away from the train station by feet. When i arrived i walked by the reception (it doubles as a reception for more than one place, just go and ask) and called the owner, than the lady from the reception came to pick me up and register us. Be aware that they only take cash ! No cards and sometimes they are low on change money (!). The friendly girl from the reception then showed us to our room, which was not big, but adequate. It had a bed, a TV and bathroom. Everything we needed. The bathroom was bit on the small side, so was the TV and the wardrobe. It also had a small desk with a mirror. As we only stayed for virtually 10 hours, we didn't have time to explore the room in detail, but everything was there. Just don't expect any luxury. They can arrange a car transfer to the airport for a reasonable price with a private driver, we took that option and were there very punctually. Verdict: Average place, nothing to write home about, no luxury or extravagance. Solid B&B, nothing more to say. If you arrive in the evening by train or have to go in the morning by train, this might be a good place. Aside from that the neighbourhood area looked not to convincing. Recommendation: There is a Trattoria-Pizzeria called Safina, very near this place and directly at the train station. Go there for cheap, but solid food !

"Good place to stay in Trapani"

8.0

Stayed for 3 nights in this charming B&B. Good location in the historic old town area, easy walking distance to Via Garibaldi (a main street with lots of restaurants), the port, bus stops (took the bus to Erice cable car station and to our next destination of Palermo). A small "complex" with rooms in several buildings around a small courtyard. Smooth jazz music piped into the room was a nice touch. Good breakfast variety provided in the separate breakfast room consisted of yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee bar machine for cappuccino, espresso and American coffee, & juice and a wide variety of pastries, and some meat, cheeses and bread. Something for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff. Only one negative issue -- prior to the trip, I emailed several times with questions and did not receive a reply from the B&B. This resulted in my uncertainty if the B&B really had my reservation and caused a bit of stress. Otherwise, a very good experience.

"A pleasant little hotel in Trapani"

8.0

A nice little hotel, located near the old town area of the city. Staff were friendly, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast, provided in a nearby cafe, gave a good view of local life.
