Location, the lady who did the breakfast.

Girls at the desk were not friendly. Beds were hard as a board. Sheets exfoliated you (do you not have fabric softner?) and the tub was slippery.

Good location

My toilet was clogged when I arrived, the staff wanted me to unclog it myself. They first bought me a broken plunger. I called them again and was told they could bring me another one. After me refusing to did it myself a manager came with another plunger and unclogged it. The elevator was also broken.

Very convenient for the attractions we were attending. Also the breakfast helps out to keep from going out so early. Clean environment and rooms with reasonable prices

The front desk worker can smile a little more and be more friendly. Also we had to wait on laundry which is unacceptable.

"Relaxing get away"

Very convenient location when visiting Kings Dominion. Not far from main highway.

Kids only complaint was the pool wasn’t open, but the I agree the weather wasn’t quite right for it yet.
