Breakfast was decent but not great

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this Ramada property. While the staff were generally courteous, the overall condition of the hotel was incredibly run-down and felt, frankly, "tired." It badly needs an upgrade. The issues with the hotel's appearance and maintenance were widespread: Common Areas: The hallways and elevators had stained carpets and a musty odor. The lighting in the corridors was dim and some fixtures appeared broken or outdated. Room Condition: The room itself was dated. The furniture showed significant wear and tear, and the decor felt like a time warp to a previous decade. The bathroom had some minor issues, like loose taps and a shower that didn't drain properly. Cleanliness: While the room was somewhat clean on the surface, there was noticeable dust in hard-to-reach areas and the general feeling was one of poor upkeep. Amenities/Facilities: Overall the hotel looked neglected and uninviting, much like the rest of the property's common areas.

Property was broke from outside room was really didn’t have view mattress was really uncomfortable and staff was really not helpful they broke my stuff when they were putting stuff in the room even they didn’t say sorry about it.

Best room and great food and service

Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.
