La pulizia ,la posizione e la gentilezza

La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che il giorno in cui siamo arrivati abbiamo cenato lì, di una bottiglia d’ acqua ne abbiamo bevuta credo neanche la metà, credevo il mattino dopo di trovarla sul tavolo della colazione, invece addirittura non avevamo nemmeno il tavolo assegnato alla camera e la bottiglia e’ stata pagata per niente, non è il prezzo della bottiglia che è irrisorio, ma una questione di principio nei confronti del cliente.
