Friendly staff - I missed check in time due to flight delay and I couldn’t get in communication with the hotel. However they left a sign at reception with details about my room and it was such a smooth stay. The sunrise view was beautiful, would stay there again!

Gorgeous little hotel on the caldera with amazing views and friendly helpful staff. Perfectly apportioned family suite had a super comfy queen bed on first floor with two twin beds in a loft above. Location of the hotel is right in the walking path to Fira with some shops and restaurants just at the top of the stairs. Note the hotel does require steps to get to and from. That seems pretty standard in Santorini and a very helpful gentleman will carry your bags up and down for you! Perfect stay!

Great room, bigger than it looked in the pictures. View was great. We ate takeout so we could watch the sunset from our terrace. The only minor complaints are that there was no coffee in the room, and not much fresh fruit for breakfast.

The view is stunning. So beautiful. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Great location. A lot of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend it!

Let me first say that I have spent 1000’s of nights in differential hotels around the world. This place is the worst I have stayed in over 20 years!! At 8am we are woken up by heavy knocks on the door twice and apparently that was the time for the breakfast which we did not know and it is left outside with all others. The feeling of this is that you are back on your school trips or a boarding school. You better bring ear-plugs since you will be woken up every morning when breakfast is severed regardless if it is for you or not since there is no noise insulation at all. The breakfast had a fried egg that was cold and left outside. Everything comes packed in grocery store packaging and reaffirms how cheap this place is and they want to try and make it look so good but it’s not!! Further they do have a kettle in the room but you better clean that as well since the one in our room was dirty and filthy, on the other hand they don’t even have coffee or tea in the room. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom should not even be mentioned. Maintenance of the place is non existent. The place does not look as the pictures shown and the price they charge is not worth it at all. This is more of a backpackers place than anything else. If they offer you a transport from the airport or port do NOT take it. They claimed the normal price is 70 and they will arrange for 35…walking around in Fira you find it for 12 euros in lots of places… It spoilt my holiday in Santorini, never going back!!

Very pleasant staff and very helpful. The view is amazing. The property clean. They should just mention the number of steps up and down as some people definitely can’t do it and at least for the luggage! Nevertheless, one of the staff I named him Hercules helped us a lot with the luggage down and up 😄

Amazing views from this spacious room!! Climb to the main square from the hotel can be challenging. Staff helped us with our luggage.

We absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is awesome. Highly recommended.

Supreme location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
