Location is strategic, within walking distance to town. Staff were attentive when I called for housekeeping because the bathtub has no stopper and the kettle plug was faulty. The tv reception was bad too so the staff attended to it when called.

Parking was difficult and dark, drop off area is small and limited. Lounge and lobby was dim and not welcoming at night. Pool was small and too deep.

Room 634 • Upon check-in, I slipped and fell in the bathroom area between the toilet and the entrance because no bath mat was provided. I was informed by the staff that bath mats are only available upon request. For guest safety, I strongly recommend that bath mats be placed in every room by default. • Fortunately, I was not seriously injured. However, if this had happened to a child, the outcome could have been much worse. • At approximately 3:00 AM, the guests in the adjacent room were extremely noisy. They appeared to be celebrating a birthday and repeatedly knocked on our connecting door, causing my entire family to wake up. • We contacted the reception regarding the disturbance, and the staff responded professionally and were very helpful. Overall, I appreciate the assistance from the staff, but I hope these issues will be addressed to improve guest safety and comfort in the future.

The hotel’s location is a major plus. Many popular restaurants, cafés, shopping areas, and tourist attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city

It is high time for this hotel to upgrade its rooms. Most of the furniture feels outdated and shows its age, which takes away from the overall guest experience. The front desk staff could also benefit from better training. When I asked a simple question about whether the hotel had sea-view rooms, I was told in a way that suggested there were none. However, the room I was eventually assigned had a sea view. For first-time guests, clear and accurate information is important. In addition, the hotel should do a better job of informing guests about the parking validation process, including exactly when and where parking cards need to be validated. This information should be communicated clearly at check-in to avoid confusion. Overall, there is room for improvement in both the hotel’s facilities and customer service standards
