Room Aircon warm. At night still warm. Cannot sleep well

House keeping n house keeper don't trust a guest. Pending my request for an astray. Check with the office etc. all matters done when I'm check in. This hotel look down on smokers.

"Acceptional if spend most time outside"

Location: The location is very strategic and nearby to most visited places/restaurants in penang. Price: The price is affordable and cheap compared to other. View: I get the ocean view which is very beautiful during sunrise & sunset.

Room Facility: The room is acceptable since only use it to spend the night while we will spend most of the time outside. I also dont mind the oldschool style hotel. However, the room seems lack of maintenance. 2 to 3 plug sockets is out of services. Mini fridge was not closed tight when I checked in, thus melted the ice and dripping out from it and caused a bit smelly. Aircond also seems like not service for long time and dirty. Its a loss since the location is great.

Its very rundown. Should do a assessment on it. Room supplies are bad. Only 1 bathing towel which is torn worse than i thrown away rug at home...

Upset. Not worth the money at all.
