Not mamy things

The location says Reykjavik but it is not in Reykjavik. The room wasn’t clean (We were offered extra cleaning - to be fair but didn’t use it for last night), it was a building full of students, it was loud, fire alarm went off a few times, like for example at 4:30am etc. we were hoping for a better experience.

The linen of 1 bed was nor cleaned: we found hairs from previous sleeper. If 2 machines are working (microwave and kettle) the electric power goes out

All codes worked and no problem accessing the property. The baby cot was missing when we arrived, but after a chat online we got one soon enough. So they responded well to the problem and solved it.

This wasn't their fault, but the fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning and got everyone up. Good news: it works and fire safety is working well :)
