Excellent place to stay. The host kept in contact with me as I was running a bit late to check in. Amazing room, comfortable bed. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Jacuzzi was great Floor heat is excellent Fresh milk as compliments is a credit Room is clean n comfortable. Location is easy to reach

Property is very clean. room in the small side. jetted bath is a plus for kids.

The jetted bath tub is really amazing amenity!! The female reception staff that checked us in, she is really good with her customer service as I am also working in Reception in a hotel in Wellington, I find her very welcoming and it made our stay great. Room is really clean and I was really amaze of it.

We stayed in the Family Suite for one night and the room was lovely. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, close to everything. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

I have been a regular guest at Alpine Lake Motel for the past eight years, visiting every fortnight, and I can confidently say it is the best accommodation in Taupo.
