Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely visit again! Just a couple things that were a bit annoying- the first thing was the first pack n play we received into our room for our infant son. It didn’t include the “mattress” part, and initially staff questioned us and said it doesn’t come with one… the second one we received had a “mattress” that only covered 3/4 of the bottom, so we just made do. The other biggest issue was that the pool was warmer than the hot tub! It was incredibly disappointing. The pool was literally at least 90° and the hot tub was probably only about 75° 😂 It ended up being fine, just annoying because we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub.

Everything about this property was accommodating! Staff was kind, respectful, always willing to assist! Hotel was clean, fresh and felt like home away from home especially traveling with kids and from a long distance! The mini store onsite as well as food offering for breakfast was reassuring as a parent!

Very nice although the pool isn’t properly balanced. Very strong chlorine smell. Eyes burning just watching the kids. They should fix that!
