Hampton Inn Detroit - Shelby Township

From booking to arrival to the pool area to the breakfast to the check out it was a 10 out of 10. We will absolutely be back. Best local hotel we have ever stayed at!

Very spacious modern room.

Me and family booked a room for one night for a kids birthday celebration We chose this place because of the pool and hot tub and free breakfast. First impressions was nice and clean but once in the room a whole different story. 1st off there is a curfew for kids to play in pool and for the adults. So kids had to wait until next day to use the pool. The room smelled and very worn and outdated room furniture. Ice maker was broken on our floor so had to go another floor to get ice. Only one roll of tissue in bathroom not restocked properly. Hot tub was very not hot at all very cold was told maintenance will be in later on in the day. Breakfast was ok but long line for waffles. Worst of all of stay is finding out that there was bed bugs in the rooms and have i have been bitten up on both my legs. With no compensation from hotel staff. Will never go here again.

The property was clean and smelled good, the customer service and staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've had. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I didn’t like room sevice but everything else was very good

Our check-in was fast and we especially enjoyed our interaction with Raniah. Lots of fun. We had an issue with a broken door (it would not close); but our maintenance person, Tarek, was quick to respond. The desk staff and Tarek got us moved to a new room with minimal effort. We are impressed with all the staff at this property. Thx.

I loved relaxing in the hot tub, and the pool was nice.
