Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenville by IHG

Hotel was clean and staff were, without exception, welcoming and friendly.

There was nothing that we 'didn't like', save that the complementary breakfast was a little less varied than we would have liked.

The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortably furnished but was not very clean. The window sill was deep and had not been cleaned or even dusted in some time. One window pane was broken and the other had a failed double pane seal. On first glance, the bathroom looked clean but the toilet seat & lid were up at check-in. When the lid was closed the area behind the seat was in need of serious, rubber glove ÷ disinfectant cleaning. We reported these at checkout.

Dee Dee at the front desk was wonderful. It was so nice to be greeted by such a friendly, pleasant person after a long day of traveling. Hotel was clean and the room was perfect. This was our second stay here and would definitely stay again when passing through the area.

Great Place to stay, friendly staff, great buffet. Welcomed place to stay after a hard day of driving.

Was a great stay. Employees were very kind and helpful. Stayed in a handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds and was plenty of room even with my husbands electric wheelchair.

There was a little mold in the top corner of the bathroom shower. Other than that, it was a good fit.
