Good location. Value for money.

Needs a bit of cleanliness. It was not a mess but a bit more detailed cleaning would truly bring customer appreciation.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing—I slept better here than I do at home! I also really appreciated the little details, like the high-quality toiletries, great lighting, and how quiet the room was at night. The hotel facilities were excellent as well. Everything was well maintained, and it’s clear the staff take pride in keeping the property in top condition. The location was also ideal—close to everything I needed while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. What truly made the stay special was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, especially the front office manager, Tanya, she is always available to help regardless of the issue, kind, and eager to help. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish!

I cannot compliment Residence Inn Moncton more. I have been staying at this hotel regularly for four years for work. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the breakfast staff. Olfat is such a warm and inviting employee, and I look forward to seeing her each morning at breakfast. Tanya on the front desk is always helpful and provides suggestions for places to check out. She and the others truly go above and beyond for myself or if other co workers need anything during our stay. I'm thankful our employer chooses to place us at this location for our work stays. It is situated in the best location downtown, with tons of parking if needed. It's located amongst the best restaurants and cafes, and is close to grocery stores and the Champlain mall. I will add, as health and fitness continues to grow and become more popular, I do wish the gym space was much bigger, as there are sometimes 4 people crammed into a very tight space. More people these days tend to take advantage of a hotel gym, maybe more so than in the past, and the current space is simply too small to accomodate more than one person if they want to use weights, not cardio equipment. That is truly my only feedback. I look forward to my stays and am always welcomed back with big smiles from the Residence Inn Moncton team.
