"Great stay"

We had a lovely stay overall. Anissa was cheerful and helpful despite the hotel being extremely busy with tourist buffet service. Ella was also very warm and welcoming to guests, which made a positive difference to our experience. The expert chef was excellent, with delicious hot meals, and breakfast was also very tasty. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of free parking available, which was very convenient. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep.

The only disappointing part was the change to the DBB menu. The BBQ chicken option was removed after the first day. We noticed this when the manager made a fuss about it but unfortunately nobody explained the change to us the following day, which caused some confusion.

"Everything was perfect."

Everything was perfect. Late check-in worked smoothly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Reasonably close to M20.

24h Rezeption auch spät nachts buchbar/check in! Alles Sauber aber Dusche hatte wenig Schimmel! Frühstück: alles vorhanden!

Lage! Direkt neben der Autobahn aber dennoch keine Abfahrt - erkennt man bei der Buchung nicht und fährt nachts durchs Land…

"Comfortable stay"

We have just returned from a one night stay for a family occasion and found this hotel to be welcoming, very clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal in the restaurant where we had friendly but unobtrusive service and found the food and presentation of to be of good quality, with minimal wait time. We found breakfast to be the same. Some of the common stair areas are a little 'tired' but the stay exceeded our expectations and we would recommend.

"Zweckmäßig zum Mal eben übernachten, weit weg vom Ort an der Straße"

Das Zimmer war eisekalt 18 grad bei Anreise, völlig unnötig bei der Außentemperatur , das Fenster lies sich nur 10 cm öffnen
