El baño, salía bastante agua de la regadera.

La habitación en general, muy antigua, el bufet, no me pareció que no lo incluyan todo, ciertos alimentos tienen costo extra.

"Esperaba un servicio acordé a la tarifa"

la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero el servicio del personal es malo, tienen una mala actitud, tanto el que lleva las maletas a la habitación, como el mesero Antonio Mejia . Y en el restaurante el huevo sin sabor y muy seco

Personnel très accueillant et à l' écoute.. hôtel bien situé en centre ville

Chambre mal isolée avec l extérieur, côté place, donc bruyant. Pas de possibilité d'ouverture de fenêtres extérieures pour renouveler l' air des habitations. Sur 15 jours, peu de variation du buffet du petit déjeuner, malgré une tarification non négligeable.

"Very Poor Experience and Staff 3rd"

Nothing- staff very rude and unhelpful Did not get room requested Was not offered an alternative room A/C not working initially Was given a room with view of brick wall Instead of city view as booked Loud music playing in street- couldn't rest Again, not given an alternate room Very displeased with treatment received Asked for complete refund - was refused. Worst customer service received from any booking made through Booking.com Beware of this accommodation
