The shuttle to town was nice

No staff in our building. I saw no information about checking in at a different building. The building we did stay at was closed when we arrived and had no info about where to go, just a phone number that no one picked up. Luckily a shuttle driver told us where to go. I was told there was ev charging in the parking, but the staff (I asked multiple people) didn't know exactly where. It took me 3 days to find it. The room was noisy with gondolas, electric humming, and people at the hot tub late at night. The room has little privacy. And in such a nice area, the room had no view.

The location of this property is the best! The amenities were great! Having the BrekConnect out front, ski rental and restaurant just steps away couldn’t be beat, along with the great shuttle service! We were very happy with our first visit to the area. Our condo 7310 was perfect for our family of 4. Can’t wait to return!

We had 6 adults in our party. Upon arrival, our first unit had: broken sleeper, broken blinds, broken doors, busted screen door that was off its track. No locks on doors. We were moved to a new room since a couch/sleeper was a necessity for a group of 6. This room had leaky kitchen faucet, broken blinds, broken window cranks, a toaster that was broken. There were small kitchen appliances that would have been nice to have on hand. A blender for drinks would be a great start. A simple pizza cutter wasn't available. The biggest issue: no staff available to address issues, answer questions, etc. For $1,000+ per night, what a disappointment.

Wouldn’t recommend for people of color. They weren’t welcoming at all. Beautiful area though.

Great property right next to the chairlift

Condo is great, located just at the peak 7 lift. Owner has its unit in perfect condition, it is unit 7101. I recommend looking for this unit.

Stayed here with some friends to ski for a couple days. The 2 BR condo we were in was just wonderful. Nicely finished and well-maintained. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Arrived at night to a dark locked hotel with no staff and no people. The phone rang for over 20 minutes. finally found a small note saying we had to go to a different hotel to check it. That would’ve been great for them to have texted or emailed to me. Furniture is old, screen was ripped out and blowing. Location was great for skiing but service was nonexistent and the property needs some improvement.

Very very expensive for absolutely NO service. Was like a ghost town. The check in was nightmare we had to go back 2 times. They were very rude.
